Fall in our town is full of beautiful fall colors this time of year. The colors of red, yellow, orange, brown, and green combine to make a beautiful work of art. The 90-Miler race marks the beginning of our fall season. Paddlers embark on a 75-mile journey through the heart of the Adirondack wilderness, starting from our town at the Fulton Chain of Lakes in Old Forge and heading north. It’s a great time to enjoy mountain biking and hunting in the ADKs. If you stay with us, you’ll already be surrounded by the woods! When winter rolls around, Old Forge transforms into a Winter Wonderland with a beautiful white blanket covering the town.
